You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail when you have ordered. When the item has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with further information and tracking number.
Complaint
We offer a 2-year warranty.
Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing.
Complaints do not apply to errors or damages that are self-inflicted or if the product has been used.

Right of return
We have a 14-day right of return from the day you or a third party receives the product.

The return does not apply to specially manufactured products, e.g. personalized products.
The cancellation period is met if you send us a message before the expiry of the cancellation period. We withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.
You bear the direct costs in connection with returning the goods. Postage and proper packaging.
